Manufacturer Bullet 1 The ladder can be removed from the trap door to reduce the weight of the overall unit in order to makie the installation process as quick and easy as possible.
Manufacturer Bullet 2 All ladders have incorporated a continuous seal around the trap door which reduces Heat Loss and improves the overall Air Tightness of the product.
Manufacturer Bullet 3 Provided with a recessed locking system installed within the trapdoor for increased aesthetics and improved safety.
Manufacturer Bullet 4 All of the rungs feature Dovetail joints at the intersect with the ladder rails for increased tensile strength and allow the maximum weight capacity to the ladder to reach, but not exceed 160kg.

Delivery Information

We offer FREE local delivery on all orders over £120.00 (£100.00 excluding vat). For all other orders a £12.00 (£10.00 plus vat) local delivery charge will apply.

We aim to deliver stocked items usually within 2-3 working days but in busier periods this can sometimes take longer. On receipt of your order we will contact you as soon as possible to advise an intended delivery date, should this delivery date be inconvienent then we will try our best to accomodate a suitable delivery date. Our delivery radius maps below show the areas that we deliver to - we tend to deliver within 20 miles of our branches in Stoke-on-Trent and Telford on a regular basis.

Click & Collect Information

Orders can also be collected from either of our depots. We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready for collection.

We aim to process your order and have goods ready for collection within the same working day (stocked items only) on all orders placed before 1pm, orders after 1pm will be ready the following working day. In the event of your ordered items being out of stock we will contact you with an estimated lead time on your order.
